These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on mytressa.com between Tressa (the "Seller") and the customer (the "Buyer").

2. SCOPE
These Terms apply to all sales of products on mytressa.com. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms without reservation.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website on the day of the Buyer's visit. Product photographs are illustrative and may vary slightly due to screen color settings. Tressa makes every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
4. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency of the store and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly displayed before final payment.
Tressa reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5. ORDERS
The Buyer places an order by following the steps on the website (selection, cart, checkout, payment confirmation). The order is final once payment has been confirmed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
Tressa reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments and partner payment processors. Tressa does not store any card information.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the contract without justification. Tressa extends this period to 30 days under its Refund Policy.
Withdrawal is exercised by emailing talonpel@proton.me with the order number. Returned products must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the original payment method.
9. WARRANTY
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-17 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
Additionally, Tressa offers a 100-Day No-Rip Warranty: if a scrunchie rips within 100 days, we replace it free of charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
10. LIABILITY
Tressa's liability is limited to the value of the order. Tressa shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or any damage not directly resulting from a breach of its contractual obligations.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the courts of Marseille, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. AMENDMENTS
Tressa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one in force on the date of the order.
