SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from our European fulfillment partner. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES
- France: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times start from the date your order is dispatched, not the order date. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Free standard shipping in France on all orders
- Flat-rate shipping for EU and international orders, calculated at checkout
- Expedited shipping options available at checkout

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly from the link in that email.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
EU orders: no customs duties apply.
UK and international orders: you may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your local authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Tressa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at talonpel@proton.me with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
