RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Tressa. If something isn't right, we've made returns simple.

30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unworn item for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

100-DAY NO-RIP WARRANTY
Every Tressa scrunchie is covered by our 100-Day No-Rip Warranty. If your scrunchie rips, snaps, or fails within 100 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. Simply email us a photo at talonpel@proton.me with your order number.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at talonpel@proton.me with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, scrunchies that have been worn cannot be returned unless covered by our 100-Day No-Rip Warranty.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code. This right applies from the date of delivery. Our 30-day return policy extends beyond this legal minimum.
